Hi Phillip, I have to be brief because I’m running late for an appointment. But everyone I spoke with had an absolutely great time. Clearly the best portion was the dance portion. Darryl and I appreciate your energy with getting the group to “party”. The step dancing instruction and leadership was great. In one email from Kanahl Kendricks, a new member, he stated:

I just had an opportunity to explore Mr. Bill Mertz's web site for the music and it is out of sight! I am so happy my wife followed my wishes and booked U for my birthday celebration - she has been planning for over 10 months. I know she moved the date back one week to July 29th and U were booked until 7pm, but she explained U will still be able to make the boat and MC. We will not set sail without U,  I am the Captain for the night.

Anyway, since I have participated in the Officers For Justice Lip-Syc (my good brother, Julian Hill) the pass few years, I knew I wanted a party hosted by U and your DJ partner. I enjoyed the last Lip-Sync too. I also remember a party given by the 100 Black Men with some of your other associates from W.I.N. you  guys have a great organization going.

As you know, the children are our future and a mind is a terrible thing to waste.  The Dukes and Duchesses Scholarship Fund 501(c) (3) organization was established in 1989 to provide scholarships for African-American eighth grade graduates.  To date, over $60,000 has been awarded.

With the generous support of people like you, we have been able to help many students go to various prestigious Colleges and Universities across the United States.  Some students who have graduated are now enrolled in Masters Programs.  Others are successfully employed in various communities including San Mateo, CA.  For more information on how you can become a committee member please contact Martha McKinney

Thanks again for WIN production services for my Christmas Party this past December 2007.  I meant to follow up with you on our success, but time and life got in the way. :-)

I just submitted another request for WIN production services for my Christmas Party to be held on December 20, 2008! I'm starting early this year! I'm putting together my budget, so I'm requesting cost information for you.  Please let me know if the cost are the same or if there are changes.
