Phillip Wilson is the President and Director of (W.I.N) When In Need MC/DJ Services. The W.I.N organization was formed in 1992 hosting some of the top DJ’s in the Bay Area, Phillip has worked in the Bay Area for over 25 years as a DJ bringing experience, professionalism, humor and a commitment to client satisfaction. Over the years he realized he had a gift for dancing, providing humor, and a rare gift of bringing people together, through this the name (CM) Crowd Motivator was created. In creating the title of Crowd Motivator, Phillip developed many talents, skills, characteristics, and responsibilities that make him so unique. Phillip has provided these services over the years and has cultivated a number of satisfied clients from the private and corporate sectors. He has been working over the past eighteen years with Blue World Travel, a travel agency out of San Francisco owned and operated by Patricia Yarbough. Under Patricia the concept “Festival At Sea” was created a seven day cruise with an African American Twist. Through this working relation he has been fortunate to work with many cruise lines such as (NCL) Norweigian Cruise Lines, (RCL) Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise Line, Celebrity Cruise Line, and Paul Gaugin. This relationship with “Festival At Sea” and the W.I.N. organization has established many opportunities to work with different vendors and clients from all walks of life and locations throughout the United States. Through the countless satisfied clients Phillip and the W.I.N DJ’s has continued to maintain their commitment to making the event an “event to remember”.
